Terms of Service

Your use of Metaplane’s services (the “Metaplane Service”) is subject to and governed by the Master Subscription Agreement at https://www.datadoghq.com/legal/msa/ (the “Governing Contract”). Capitalized terms used but not defined below will have the meanings ascribed to them in the Governing Contract.
The terms below apply specifically to Customer’s use of the Metaplane Service and will take precedence over any conflicting terms in the Governing Contract.
- Support. Support is included at no additional charge as part of the offering. Support consists of reasonable technical assistance provided via email at support@metaplane.dev or other standard channels during regular business hours.
- Order Renewal. This Order will not automatically renew at the end of the Order Term.
- Notice. For billing-related matters under this Order, Customer may contact Datadog at billing@datadoghq.com.
- Definitions.
- For subprocessors specific to Customer’s use of the Metaplane Service, a list of the applicable subprocessors is available at https://www.metaplane.dev/legal/subprocessors.
- Changes to the Terms of Service. These terms of service (“Metaplane Terms of Service”) may be modified at any time by the posting of a revised version at https://www.metaplane.dev/legal/terms, which modifications will become effective as of the first day of the calendar month following the month in which they were first posted; provided, however, that if an Order specifies a fixed term of 12 months or longer, the modifications will instead be effective immediately upon the start of the next Renewal Order Term. In either case, if Customer objects to the updated Metaplane Terms of Service, as its sole and exclusive remedy, Customer may choose not to renew at the end of the applicable Order Term. For the avoidance of doubt, any Order for the Metaplane Service is subject to the version of the Metaplane Terms of Service in effect at the time of the Order.
