Announcing Azure & AWS PrivateLink support

We take your data privacy just as seriously as your security team. That’s why we go through annual pentests, SOC 2 Type 2 audits, stay current on the latest industry best practices, encrypt data in-transit, and let you configure your instance to work with your teams’ preferred architecture.

So in those cases where your security team doesn’t have a server sitting in a DMZ to SSH into, doesn’t want to manually maintain IP whitelists, and prefers direct, private network (i.e. VPC) to network connections, we built PrivateLink support. This allows us to establish a connection to your Snowflake instance without data ever traversing the public internet, as most SaaS services do today.
